. In this position you will support the Distribution Center by ensuring smooth, compliant operations and maintaining accurate documentation.

The person in this position plays a key role in managing compliance requirements, overseeing shipment processes, and supporting audit readiness to keep operations efficient and aligned with company standards.

• Assist senior management in processing, organizing, and distributing compliance documentation across departments.
• Coordinate and schedule compliance training sessions for internal staff to ensure timely and consistent knowledge of policies and procedures.
• Perform tasks to ensure the accurate and efficient physical movement of shipments in accordance with client instructions and company standards.
• Administer internal audits and support compliance-related activities with a high level of accuracy.
• Collaborate with purchasing and sourcing teams to identify supplier non‑compliance issues and support the implementation of corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain Supplier Scorecards.
• Adhere strictly to standard operating procedures and company guidelines in all daily tasks.
• Maintain thorough records and documentation to support audit readiness and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Inbound Stocking Compliance by auditing.
• CTPAT Logistics Compliance.
• Outbound Customer Satisfaction.

Education: High School Diploma or GED

Experience: 1‑3 years in supply chain, distribution, or warehouse operations with a focus on inbound logistics, inventory control, or compliance monitoring.

• Experience using WMS, logistics software, and RF scanning is preferred.
• Hands‑on experience with inspecting incoming shipments, verifying documentation, and ensuring supplier compliance with routing guides and quality standards.
