Warehouse Worker

Pay Rate: $19.75/hr

Schedule:

Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours/week)

Job Type: Full-time

We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to join our team in Southaven, MS. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving and stocking inventory, pulling and assembling parts and pump orders, prepping/painting orders, operating material handling equipment, and managing final packaging for shipment.

• Safely operate an order picker lift / cherry picker, fork-truck, and other material handling equipment (more than 50% of the day).
• Accurately receive, identify, sort, and stock inbound warehouse inventory.
• Pull and assemble pump and parts orders accurately according to order sheets.
• Prepare and paint orders as required prior to dispatch.
• Package finished orders and construct wooden pallets and shipping materials for safe transit.
• Follow all company safety standards, OSHA practices, and participate in shop-floor continuous improvement initiatives.

• 1–3 years of warehouse, material handling, or picking/packing experience.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to complete order transactions with high precision and accuracy.
• Basic computer skills for system tracking and inventory entry.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High physical endurance and ability to work on equipment for the duration of the shift.

• Prior hands‑on experience operating a cherry picker / order picker lift or forklift (company will provide certification).
• Experience with parts identification, light assembly, or custom pallet building.
