We are a small, collaborative family practice that has been at the forefront of functional and preventive medicine for over 40 years. Our integrative health center provides patient-centered, ethically grounded, and evidence-based holistic care.
The RoleWe’re seeking an Expressive Arts or Holistic Psychotherapist (LMHC or equivalent) to join our community of interdisciplinary healers. This position is ideal for a clinician with at least 5 years of post-graduate experience who brings a trauma-informed, creative, and client-empowering approach to therapy. You’ll have full autonomy in shaping your schedule, caseload, and treatment methods—whether you prefer part-time or full-time work, this role adapts to your professional goals and availability.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Provide individual and/or group psychotherapy using expressive arts modalities (e.g., intermodal, drama, art, music, movement).
- Work with a diverse client population across age groups and needs.
- Collaborate with a supportive, experienced integrative team (optional case conferencing and peer supervision).
- Maintain accurate records using our EHR system (Chiro Touch).
- Flexible hours and caseload.
- No cap on earnings — grow your practice at your own pace.
- Liability insurance provided by the practice.
- Newly renovated therapy room in a long-established, respected clinic.
- Full administrative support (office manager, medical assistant).
- EHR system and website integration for visibility and efficiency (Chiro Touch).
- Supervision with Dr. Anna.
- Trauma-informed, grounded, and committed to ethical care, with strong boundaries and a calm, collaborative attitude.
- Passionate about holistic healing, personal growth, and client empowerment.
- Licensed in Massachusetts as an LMHC (or equivalent independent licensure: LICSW, Clinical Psychologist PhD/PsyD) (Required).
- Master's Degree (MS, MA) or Doctorate (PhD, DSc, PsyD) in Clinical Mental Health (Required).
- Live in close proximity to Southborough, Massachusetts or willing to commute (at least two days a week) (Required).
- Experience with Telehealth (Required).
- 5 - 10 years post-graduate clinical experience (Preferred).
- Trained in expressive therapies (intermodal expressive arts, art, music, drama, dance, etc.) (Preferred).
- Post-graduate training in child and family therapy (Preferred).
