Job TypeFull‑time (40 hours per week)
Schedule4 pm – 12:30 am, Monday‑Friday with rotating weekends (training 9 am – 5:30 pm first two weeks)
SalaryStarting at $20 per hour, dependent on experience and license type
DescriptionPro Care LTC, a division of Clarest Health, provides personalized medication management for patients in facilities and at home, ensuring each patient receives dedicated service. Our pharmacists build strong relationships and deliver the highest standard of care.
Key Responsibilities- Swiftly and accurately fulfill daily medication orders, ensuring seamless operations under the guidance of a pharmacist
- Assist in pre‑packing frequently requested medications, meticulously labeling, and ensuring proper storage protocols
- Package materials and products by hand, ensuring each item meets quality standards
- Retrieve medications from designated storage areas, maintaining optimal inventory levels
- Apply labels to medication packaging and conduct thorough product scans for accuracy
- Notify supervisory pharmacists of any irregularities during scanning processes
- Maintain designated workstations and promptly replenish stock supplies
- Adhere to all government regulations, including HIPAA, and maintain confidentiality
- Follow all safety regulations and policies, recognizing the importance of proper ergonomics
- Commit to full‑time availability of 40 hours per week
- Adhere to Clarest’s Code of Conduct, comply with Clarest Compliance policies and report any suspected violations of federal or state laws to the appropriate supervisor, Human Resources, or the Compliance Officer
- High school diploma or GED is required
- Proven experience as a pharmacy technician
- Must hold a Massachusetts Registered Pharmacy Technician license in good standing
- Strong problem‑solving skills
- Effective communicator
- Reliable and punctual to support pharmacy operations
- Work seamlessly with pharmacy teams and other departments
- Fantastic attention to detail – ensuring accuracy in every task
- Quick and independent learner
- Flexibility to work overtime, holidays, and weekends
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs
- Knowledge of pharmacy law and medical terminology is a plus
