WhatYou Will Do
- Develop content strategies from ideation to implementation that align with brand identity, customer needs and business goals.
- Create and optimize digital content to improve user experience, drive traffic and support lead generation.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, sales, UI/UX experts, writers and customer service teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
- Analyze content performance using web analytics tools and apply insights to refine strategy.
- Stay informed on industry trends, SEO best practices and emerging technologies.
- Long‑standing experience in content strategy, digital marketing or B2B web content development.
- People, process and project management focused with curiosity to evolve best practices.
- Experience working globally or in matrixed, regulated B2B industries.
- Strong analytical skills and storytelling/communication abilities focused on clarity and customer engagement.
- Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, communications or a related field.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms, SEO and basic web technologies (HTML, CSS).
- Familiarity with the Agile framework for project execution.
Salary range: $135,000 - $150,000. Eligible for bonus/incentive pay. Comprehensive benefits include paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and a 401(k) for eligible employees.
