Job Summary:We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Director of Technology to lead our technical support engineering team. - Develop and implement technology strategies that align with business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.
- Oversee the technical support process, ensuring timely resolution of customer issues and maintaining high service quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technology-related challenges and opportunities.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to inform strategic decision-making.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to optimize team performance and project outcomes.
- Strong knowledge in technology management and support processes.
- Proven leadership experience in managing technical teams.
