Job Overview
Associate Attorney with 3-5 Years of Employment‑Based Immigration Experience – full‑time position located in our Southborough office.
Ideal candidates will have experience with a variety of employment‑based applications, including labor certifications (PERMs), H‑1B, E‑1/E‑2, and other non‑immigrant visas.
We are a firm practicing exclusively immigration law and expanding our employment‑based practice. The right candidate should be eager to contribute knowledge and expertise, develop SOPs, and build capacity for additional employment‑based work.
A second‑language fluency is preferred but not required. Humanitarian and family‑based immigration experience is also a plus.
Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.
