Reliant Medical Group, part of the Optum family, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Southborough, MA team. The role centers on direct patient care using the nursing process, patient education, and telephonic support within an outpatient primary care setting.
You’ll work 4.5 days per week with office hours Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:30 pm, no evenings or weekends. Competitive pay ranges hourly with a comprehensive benefits package and a $5,000 sign-on bonus for external candidates.
