Join Our Team as an RN Adult Day Health Program! Are you passionate about providing high-quality care to adults and seniors in need? If so, Gracious Home Adult Day Health Care (ADH) is looking for dedicated RN to join our team in Southborough, Full-time and Part-time opportunity with $300 Sign-on Bonus after 90 days of employment, Saturday availability is required for this position.
Provide skilled nursing care to adults and seniors in our Adult Day Health Program
Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs
Conduct patient assessments and vital sign monitoring
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care
Post-Anesthesia Care Unit experience
Trauma Nursing Core Course certification
Private Duty Care knowledge
Nursing Education background
Medical Surgical expertise
Experience in Telemetry and Skilled Nursing
Proficiency in Care Planning and Interventions
Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) credential
Operating Room or Acute Care experience
