As a Line Cook at Nan’s, you'll be at the heart of our kitchen, preparing and cooking a variety of dishes that make our guests feel  you thrive in a fast‑paced environment, love working with fresh ingredients, and bring a team‑first mindset, we’d love to meet you!

Prepare and roast vegetables, meats, and grain‑based dishes

• Fulfill guest orders quickly and accurately during service
• Manage tickets and communicate clearly in a high‑volume kitchen
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑prepped workstation
• Support kitchen operations with a focus on food safety and consistency

• Prior experience working in a professional kitchen (line cook or similar)
• Passion for scratch cooking and quality ingredients
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting
• Friendly, team‑oriented attitude
• Serve Safe or Food Handler’s certification is a plus
