CONCESSION FOOD SERVICE positions available full time and part time.

Location:

St. Mark's School – 25 Marlboro Road, Southborough, MA 01772. Online applications only.

Schedule: Full time and part time;
Saturday and Sunday, 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm;
Monday through Friday, 2:00 pm to 8:30 pm. More details upon interview.

Requirements: Prior grill, fryolator, and basic kitchen skills are required. Serv Safe certification preferred.

Pay Range: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour.

Sell concessions to customers at various events.

• Sells concessions, including soft drinks and various food items, to customers at events.
• Serves customers efficiently and friendly following outlined steps of service.
• Interacts with customers and resolves complaints in a friendly, service‑oriented manner, relaying relevant information to the supervisor.
• Performs sales transactions timely, entering sales into the cash register for accurate recording.
• Makes change, accepts acceptable forms of payment, and issues receipts, following standard cash‑handling procedures.
• Manages assigned change funds and cash receipts, ensuring drawer compliance with overage/shortage standards.
• Replenishes condiments and general supplies, maintaining cleanliness of the concession area.
• Ensures compliance with all sanitation and safety requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
