- Go into clients' homes to install new residential heating and cooling systems
- Lead the crew as a Lead Installer, managing labor and ensuring quality work
- Competitive Compensation – Base salary plus bonus program that rewards hard work and customer service; potential earnings up to $100,000 per year

- 5 years experience as an HVAC Install Technician
- 3 years experience as an HVAC Lead Installer running a crew
- Relevant licenses and certifications
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Clean and neat appearance
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Hard‑working and motivated
