Do you enjoy working with school‑aged children between 5‑13 years old? If so, consider applying and joining the School’s Out Team at the Tri Community Branch YMCA! The successful candidates will work directly (year‑round) in person with children in our branch supporting the students as they navigate the school year. Individuals will supervise a group of children and program activities, create a positive rapport with all youth, and model relationship building skills in all interactions.
Staff will ensure that children are actively participating in all aspects of learning programming of area school systems and will be physically working at our YMCA branch assisting children with Out‑of‑School‑Time programming.

- Monday – Friday from 6:30 am to 8:15 am
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and/or Friday from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm
- Wednesday from 1:30 pm to 5:30 pm
- Preference for individuals who are available Monday‑Friday afternoons through May 2025
- At least 18 years old
- Have at least 6 months of prior experience working with school‑aged children
- Have a high school diploma/GED or be in the process of obtaining a degree in a related profession

Pay
: $16.00 per hour. Plus access to YMCA facilities for all YMCA employees, Employee Assistance Program, and Sick Leave.
