As an Occupational Therapist (OT) with Aveanna, you will:

• Provide occupational therapy services in client homes or designated settings in compliance with state regulations and accepted standards of practice
• Assess, plan, implement, and re-evaluate therapy programs to achieve measurable outcomes
• Collaborate with family members, caregivers, and other professionals to support client goals
• Document assessments, goals, progress notes, and care plans accurately using provided electronic documentation tools
• Maintain licensure requirements and stay current with professional standards

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (OT) in the state in which the clinician will practice
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
• Six months prior hands-on experience preferred but not required
• Must have reliable transportation
