Clinician - Outpatient Behavioral Health at Seven Hills Foundation

$31.25/hr.
Sign‑on bonus: $5,000
. Additional $5,000/yr for bilingual fluency or eligible doctoral degrees. Payment is hourly, not fee‑for‑service.

Overview

We are seeking a Behavioral Health Clinician to join our outpatient team, providing high‑quality clinical care to children, adolescents, and families. The clinician will deliver individual, family, and group therapy services, develop treatment plans, conduct assessments, and provide ongoing therapeutic support, ensuring alignment with best practices and regulatory standards. The role offers the opportunity to earn supervision hours for license eligibility.

Responsibilities
  • Provide outpatient individual therapy, family therapy, and group therapy.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Perform risk assessments, safety planning, and crisis intervention as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
  • Adhere to confidentiality standards, HIPAA regulations, and ethical guidelines.
  • Meet productivity expectations with an active caseload, possibly evenings/weekends.
  • Ensure services are evidence‑based, client‑centered, and meet medical necessity criteria.
  • Participate in clinical supervision, team meetings, and professional development.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive client care.
Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field qualifying for Massachusetts licensure (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC).
  • Active CANS certification required.
  • Preferred experience in outpatient mental health services.
  • Proficiency in clinical assessments, treatment planning, and case management.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
  • Knowledge of evidence‑based therapeutic modalities and trauma‑informed care.
  • Ability to maintain professional boundaries, confidentiality, and ethical standards.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
