Outpatient Treatment Program - Southbridge, MA (on-site)

Monday‑Friday. Start time between 6:00am‑7:00am

Base Rate: $65,000‑$67,200 (Masters), $69,400‑$73,800 (LADC‑1), $77,100‑$88,000 (LMHC/LICSW). Ranges depend on licensure and experience. This is a salaried position, not fee‑for‑service. Additional productivity bonuses may be available.

• Provide quality individual clinical services and case management to assigned clients with mental health, substance abuse, or dual diagnosis needs.
• Deliver group treatment to clients using Spectrum curriculum and following group facilitation protocol as trained.
• Refer clients to appropriate community services as necessary.
• Maintain comprehensive current clinical skills, competencies, licensure, and certification as required; attend internal meetings and trainings as required.

• Minimum of Master’s degree required in clinical psychology, education‑counseling, medicine, psychology, psychiatric nursing, rehabilitative counseling, social work, or closely related field.
• Minimum of one year of supervised counseling experience required.
• LICSW or LMHC licensure is preferred.
