As an Occupational Therapist (OT) with Aveanna, you will:
- Provide occupational therapy services in client homes or designated settings in compliance with state regulations and accepted standards of practice
- Assess, plan, implement, and re-evaluate therapy programs to achieve measurable outcomes
- Collaborate with family members, caregivers, and other professionals to support client goals
- Document assessments, goals, progress notes, and care plans accurately using provided electronic documentation tools
- Maintain licensure requirements and stay current with professional standards
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (OT) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Six months prior hands-on experience preferred but not required
- Must have reliable transportation
