Behavior Therapist: 12 pm – 3 pm shifts in Southbridge, MA

We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Therapist to join our ABA clinic in Southbridge, MA. Our team is passionate about maximizing each child's potential through a holistic approach to Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA). You will work center‑based clients with an emphasis on individualized, one‑to‑one instruction.

• Monday – Friday: 11:15 AM – 3:00 PM (variable shifts based on client needs)

• Deliver one‑to‑one instruction of skills and alternatives to interfering behaviors based on ABA principles
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of interventions, incidents, and care plans
• Work independently and collaboratively with supervisors, colleagues, families, and clinical consultants
• Perform appropriate physical restraints when necessary (after training)
• Assist with session cleanup and support other staff as needed
• Stand for extended periods and walk/run with clients, interacting at their level

• GED/High School Diploma or higher
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle at all times
• Successful CORI and driving record checks
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and punctuality
• Capacity to maintain confidentiality and high ethical standards
• Ability to receive feedback professionally and work independently with minimal direction
• Experience with individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities is helpful but not required
