• Perform a variety of assignments and work functions in the LFB operation (which may include some or all of the Major Duties listed)
• Under close supervision, set up and operate various types of draw towers (clamp and belt)
• Perform Medical Draw
• Perform Core Draw processes including prepare, draw, and assembly
• Perform up to three (3) of the processes used to manufacture leach fiber bundle
• Complete labor sheets, routers, log sheets, process forms and similar reports and forms
• Perform basic maintenance on production machinery and equipment
• Follow established process specifications and procedures
• Comply with all company policies and procedures
• Maintain housekeeping practices per departmental 5S program
• Meet utilization targets and standard times
• Accurately enter Database/SAP transactions in the computer
• Maintain daily records, including labor sheets and routers
• Responsible for observing and following all Environmental, Health and Safety rules and procedures

• Must be able to read, write, and speak English
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated and results oriented
• Ability to work in a team oriented environment
• Good manual dexterity and hand/eye coordination
• Due to the nature of work performed at this facility, US Person status may be required

Hourly Pay Ranges:
Level C ($19.00-$21.50);
Level B ($22.00-$24.50);
Level A ($25.00-$27.50)
Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
