Job Description
American Traveler is seeking a skilled RN for a Med/Surg Tele night shift position in Massachusetts requiring EPIC EMR experience and an active MA RN license.
Responsibilities- Work in a Med/Surg Telemetry unit within a hospital setting
- Night shift schedule, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, three 12-hour shifts per week
- Every third weekend required
- Patient ratios are 6 to 7 patients per RN during night shifts
- 13-week travel assignment
- Uses EPIC EMR with prior experience required
- Manage a caseload of 6 to 7 patients per shift providing Med/Surg Tele care
- Must be able to work every third weekend as scheduled
- Night shift coverage required throughout the assignment
- Onboarding requires medical clearance prior to the start of the contract
- Active MA RN license required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
- EPIC EMR experience required
- Recent Med/Surg Tele nursing experience preferred
