We are seeking highly motivated individuals with a passion for helping others. As a fitness professional you will be responsible for growing the club’s business by meeting with new clients and engaging with the club culture. This is the job for you if you personally enjoy attaining goals while helping others do the same.

• Deliver pre-designed workouts to groups of 1 - 6 members.
• Continually monitor and assist members to ensure proper form is used when performing exercises.
• Instruct clients during personal training sessions on the safe and effective use of cardiovascular, flexibility and strength training equipment.
• Be responsible for achieving the monthly personal training revenue goal established by the management team.
• Attend weekly team meetings.
• Understand how to administer body scan technology and interpret results.
• Partner alongside member sales team to promote membership sales.
• Ensure facility cleanliness and tidiness.
• Remain current on certifications, continuing education, and new trends in the industry.

• Experience with in wellness, service, and/or retail sector with a proven track record and a desire to help others win.
• Past sales skills and a desire to build a business to success in an entrepreneurial environment is a plus.

Salary Range:
Your pay will consist of an hourly rate as well as incentive bonuses/commission.
