Job Title: Account Services Assistant

Location: Southbury, Connecticut - Full-Time On-Site Position

The Account Services Assistant plays a key role in keeping our luxury and exotic vehicle portfolio running smoothly. From insurance coordination to customer support, you’ll help ensure every detail behind the scenes matches the premium experience we deliver on the road.

If you’re detail-obsessed, customer-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role puts you right in the driver’s seat.

What You’ll Do
  • Deliver white-glove service to our customers- every interaction counts.
  • Update and maintain lessee information with accuracy and discretion.
  • Answer phone calls and emails from clients. Resolve issues with professionalism and confidence.
  • Assist with managing vehicle insurance details, including pending cancellations and follow-ups with agencies.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings and collaborate across departments.
  • Support daily Account Services operations, including registrations, fines, payoffs, and ACH setup.
What You Bring
  • Clear, confident verbal and written communication skills.
  • A calm, solutions-first mindset- even under pressure.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office tools.
  • High integrity and respect for confidentiality.
  • The ability to move fast without missing the details.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Customer service experience a plus.
