Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Loan Sales Manager to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who’s passionate about cars and enjoys connecting with people. While finance experience is helpful, it’s not a requirement – what matters most is your enthusiasm for the automotive world and your ability to communicate clearly and effectively. If you’re someone who loves talking cars, can juggle multiple conversations at once, and takes pride in providing excellent service, we’d love to hear from you.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for many of our clients, handling inbound calls, answering questions, and providing quotes based on their unique needs. You’ll follow up with leads from events and other marketing activities, keeping deals on track from start to finish. Part of your day-to-day will include coordinating sales transactions, gathering required documentation, and working closely with banks, dealers, and other partners to move deals forward smoothly.
Accuracy, professionalism, and integrity are all essential to your success in this position.
Part of this role includes cultivating and maintaining relationships with auto dealerships. You’ll serve as a point of contact for dealer partners, helping them understand our programs, addressing questions, and ensuring that clients referred through them receive top-tier service. Occasional travel is required for dealership visits, client meetings, and attendance at industry events and car shows. These face-to-face interactions are vital to strengthening relationships and building long-term business.
You’ll be expected to stay on top of your pipeline by tracking active deals and updating internal systems regularly. Clear communication and strong organizational habits are key, as you’ll be submitting weekly sales reports and daily call logs. This job is a great fit for someone who enjoys structure but also thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:
· Luxury & exotic car enthusiast
· 2+ years of sales experience & associate’s degree
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
· Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRMs
· Available for occasional travel
· Self-motivated, highly principled, and eager to help clients find the best possible solution.
