Location: Southbury, CT (Travel throughout Fairfield & New Haven County)

Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire
Pay Range: $40-$50/hour (flexible based on experience)
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor / Foreman to provide vendor oversight and quality control for electrical projects. This position ensures that third‑party vendors performing installations meet all project specifications, safety standards, and local codes. The role is oversight only‑you will not perform hands‑on installations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has worked in the field performing electrical installations and is now ready to transition into a leadership and management‑focused role.
The position requires regular travel to job sites across Fairfield and New Haven County.
- Monitor and inspect electrical work completed by vendors to ensure compliance with NEC codes, safety regulations, and client standards.
- Review electrical drawings and verify installations match approved plans.
- Document findings, prepare detailed QC reports, and communicate corrective actions to vendors and project managers.
- Act as the liaison between the client and vendors to resolve quality issues promptly.
- Ensure all work meets project timelines and quality benchmarks.
- Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor, Foreman, or similar oversight role.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installation standards, and NEC codes.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and plans.
- Excellent communication and vendor management skills.
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training preferred.

The pay range for this position is $38.00–$50.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
