Location: Southend-on-Sea
AJ Chambers is looking for a Service Charge Accountant to join their respected property management team in Southend-on-Sea. This role offers a salary between £30,000 and £35,000 depending on experience, along with a profit share bonus.
The ideal candidate will enjoy managing their own portfolio, be detail-oriented, and possess strong organisational skills. Key responsibilities include service charge reconciliations, budgeting, and liaising with clients and suppliers.
This is an office-based role with a standard Monday to Friday schedule, 22 days holiday plus bank holidays, and opportunities for regular social events.
