Leigh-on-Sea £28,000-£35,000 DOE Full-time

A great opportunity for a motivated Semi-Senior Accountant to join a friendly, growing practice in Leigh-on-Sea. This role is ideal for someone with solid practice experience who is ready to take the next step in their career.

The Role

You'll support a varied client portfolio and handle a broad range of accounting duties, including:

Purchase Ledger & Sales Ledger
Nominal Ledger reconciliation
Payroll processing
CIS returns
Supporting senior accountants with general practice work

About You

We're looking for someone with strong technical skills and a proactive approach.

You must have:

Minimum 2 years' experience in an accountancy practice
Good working knowledge of Sage
, Xero
, Quick Books and similar systems
Experience across ledgers, payroll and CIS

You may be:

QBE
, qualified or part-qualified
