We're working with a well-established and highly respected property management business seeking a Client Accountant to join their growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with service charge accounting experience who enjoys managing their own portfolio and working closely with property management colleagues in a varied, hands‑on role.
Key Responsibilities- Service charge reconciliations and annual accounts preparation
- Budget preparation and ongoing service charge management
- Utility and direct recoverable reconciliations
- Rent, service charge, insurance and ground rent demands
- Arrears management and client reporting
- Tenant and landlord account administration
- Liaising with landlords, tenants, suppliers and property managers
- Has experience within property management accounts and service charges
- Can work independently and manage their own workload effectively
- Has strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Is confident communicating with clients and stakeholders
- Has good Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Up to 6% bonus
- Auto-enrolment pension
