Duties of the Bodyshop Prepper:

Preparing vehicles for painting by sanding, cleaning, and priming surfaces
Polishing and finishing vehicles to meet high-quality standards
Ensuring all allocated vehicles are completed within specified time frames
Maintaining a clean and safe workshop environment
Assisting with other bodyshop tasks as required

Requirements of the Bodyshop Prepper:

Proven experience as a Bodyshop Prepper
Ability to work efficiently and accurately within deadlines
Excellent attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Good understanding of vehicle preparation and polishing techniques
Reliable and professional attitude
