The Vehicle Technician will play a key role in ensuring high standards of vehicle repair and maintenance, contributing to the dealership's reputation for quality service and customer satisfaction.

- Carrying out repair and maintenance work to a high standard
- Conducting vehicle road tests to verify repairs and performance

- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service
- Assisting in the workshop with various vehicle repair requirements
- Maintaining health and safety standards within the workshop environment
- Fully qualified Vehicle Technician with NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
- Proven, stable experience as a Vehicle Technician
- Knowledge of a range of vehicle makes, ideally VAG, Mercedes, or JLR (advantageous but not essential)
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- MOT accreditation is desirable but not essential
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality customer service
