Uncapped earning potential with an OTE of £55,000+

Monday to Friday working hours, 8am to 6pm

Duties of the Assistant Service Manager:
Assist the Service Manager in daily service department operations
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery
Manage service plans and workshop scheduling effectively
Support the team in meeting targets and driving profitability
Maintain compliance with manufacturer and company standards
Contribute to the smooth running of the service department
Requirements of the Assistant Service Manager:
Proven experience as an Assistant Service Manager or similar role within the automotive industry
Strong leadership and communication skills
Customer-focused attitude with excellent organisational abilities
Working knowledge of automotive service processes and standards
Valid UK driving licence
