You'll be running a £12m industrial project made up of two units in Westcliff-on-Sea. This isn't a plug-and-play job - you'll be involved from enabling works and groundworks right through to final fit out, managing the full lifecycle on site.

There's a strong client-facing element here, so you'll need to be sharp, professional, and comfortable holding your own in meetings while representing both the contractor and the client properly.

• Manage the full project from enabling works through to completion
• Coordinate all subcontractors and keep the programme moving
• Maintain high health & safety and quality standards across site
• Act as the main point of contact on site, liaising with client and stakeholders

• CSCS Card
• First Aid at Work
• Proven experience delivering projects as a Site Manager, ideally industrial builds

You will be working with a well-established main contractor that delivers quality industrial schemes and values people who can run jobs properly without being micromanaged.

• 18-month contract on a secured project
• Opportunity to move onto future schemes if you perform
• Strong pipeline of work for those open to travel
