Location: Southend-On-Sea
Multiple Roles – From Customer Service Agent to Senior Client Manager Level (German Speaking) Edinburgh Permanent Responsibilities:
-Respond to and resolve service enquiries, ensuring accurate and timely response
-Oversee transactional activity and ensure all products and services are functioning correctly for clients
-Participating in periodic client service reviews and driving forwards improvements to service levels
-For more senior roles manage the relationship with a portfolio of large scale, complex, high value corporate clients Background:
-Experience in a client/customer facing role and excellent customer service skills
-Oral and written fluency in German and English
- Experience with in a fast-paced customer centric environment
-Strong communication and relationship building/management skills
