As a Claims Adviser, you'll play a key role in supporting customers throughout the claims process, ensuring every claim is handled efficiently, fairly, and professionally.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing claims involving loss, theft, and accidental damage
• Processing claims and refund requests following full training
• Liaising with underwriters regarding policy and product queries
• Working collaboratively with internal departments to achieve timely claim resolutions
