A local educational institution in Leigh on Sea is seeking an Inclusion & Special Needs Co‑ordinator (SENCO) to nurture an inclusive environment within their early years setting. The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education and at least two years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include supporting children with special educational needs, leading the creation of Individual Support Plans, and working with families and staff to promote inclusion.
Excellent communication and organizational skills, along with a compassionate approach, are essential.
