• Lead on SEND provision with purpose, enthusiasm and vision
• Work closely with teachers, parents and external agencies
• Identify needs early and ensure high-quality interventions
• Promote a culture of inclusion and high expectations
• Champion the success and wellbeing of our pupils with SEND
