• Champion excellence by modelling outstanding practice within your own teaching specialism.
• Oversee effective curriculum planning to ensure all learners progress, achieve and exceed expectations.
• Enhance the student experience through positive leadership, ensuring learners feel supported, motivated, equipped for the future.
• Bring current industry insight and a clear understanding of national priorities within Further Education to support skills development and learner success.
