A leading nursery group in Leigh on Sea is seeking a passionate Inclusion & Special Needs Co-Ordinator (SENCO) to join their supportive team. The role requires a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education, at least 2 years of experience, and a dedication to promoting inclusivity. You will support children with special educational needs and develop Individual Support Plans.
