• Deliver high-quality art and design lessons that engage and inspire students.
• Develop and implement creative teaching strategies and resources.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
• Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and the community.
• Participate in professional development and contribute to departmental goals.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt teaching methods to meet diverse needs.
• Degree in Art, Design, Education, or a relevant subject area.
• Completion of Initial Teacher Training (ITT).

• Experience in teaching art and design at the secondary level is preferred.
• Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development.
