Supply SEN Teaching Assistant - Opportunities across Southend
Teach Ltd is recruiting compassionate and experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils with additional needs within a specialist educational settings across Southend.
Role may involve supporting pupils with:- Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
- ADHD
- Speech and Language Needs
- SEMH
- Moderate to Severe Learning Difficulties
- Provide one-to-one and small group support
- Support EHCP targets
- Assist with behaviour regulation strategies
- Promote independence and engagement
- Work closely with teaching and therapy teams
- Experience supporting children with SEN
- Positive and patient approach
- Strong communication skills
- Commitment to safeguarding
