Position: Lecturer, Counsellor and Early Years - 15 hours per week
Location: Southend-on-Sea

We have an exciting opportunity available within the School of Service Industries for a lecturer within the Care Curriculum area. The role involves teaching across both early years and counselling, requiring relevant qualifications and experience. While experience in the FE sector is preferred, it is not essential as training will be provided.

Job Responsibilities

Teach curriculum content, assess and provide formative and summative feedback to learners to support their progress. Work closely with colleagues, students, parents/carers and other stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements

Relevant teaching qualifications in the Care Curriculum area.
Experience of teaching in the FE sector (preferred).
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with a friendly team.
