A fantastic Secondary School in Southend-On-Sea are looking for First-Class Graduates for a September 2026 start. This is a School based contract, directly employed via the School.

What will this First-Class Graduate Mentor position involve?

• Supporting motivated students across a range of academic subjects

• Providing guidance on study skills, personal statements, and university applications

• Delivering 1:1 and group academic enrichment sessions

• Collaborating with teaching staff to support student progress and aspiration

• Scope to develop mentoring programmes for high-achieving pupils
