Field Service Engineer (Plant)

Location: Essex

Pay and Benefits: A GBP 18.00 to A GBP 20.00ph DOE + Regular Overtime (15:20 Hours per Week at 1.5x : OTE A GBP 65,000+) + Company Van (Can Be Used Personally) + Fuel Card + Door to Door Travel Paid + 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays + Laptop

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 40 Hours per Week :
Up to 60 Hours in Overtime

Field Service Engineer required for an industry leading engineering specialist due to growth. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy company who can offer regular overtime opportunities for candidates looking to boost their earnings whilst focusing on a regional area.

The successful candidate will be an experienced mechanical engineer with experience working on hydraulics. Candidates with experience working on lifting equipment, plant machinery, forklifts or similar are encouraged.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out repair and service work to container lifting equipment across Essex ports. You will travel directly to customer sites from home and will act as a representative of the company in the region.

The role offers regular overtime however has no requirement for call out or weekend working.

• Service and repair of lifting equipment
• Covering Essex / Kent area
• 40 Hour contract : up to 60 Hours availbale with overtime (paid at 1.5x)
• No out of hours call out

• Mechanically biased engineer
• Experience with hydraulics
• Background within lifting, plant, or similar
