Asbestos Surveyor​/Analyst

Overview

We are seeking an exceptional contract Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to cover high‑profile, complex commercial contracts across the South East. This is an immediate, long‑term contract with a global Tier 1 partner in the high‑security and infrastructure sectors, offering stability and unparalleled CV enhancement.

• Role:
  Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst (Commercial & High‑Security Infrastructure)
• Location:
  
  South East England (work inside and outside London, allocated based on location/security needs)
• Rate: £240 per day
• IR35:
  Outside IR35 regulations
• Expenses:
  All travel and expenses covered (Mon‑Fri)
• Projects:
  Heathrow Airport, Houses of Parliament, Thames Water, RAF bases – no housing stock
• Career Value:
  Secure valuable, portable security clearances for future contracts

• Conduct asbestos surveys and analyses for commercial and high‑security infrastructure projects.
• Provide expert advice on asbestos management and mitigation for clients such as Heathrow Airport, Houses of Parliament, and RAF bases.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation to meet regulatory and client standards.
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure compliance and safe handling of asbestos materials.

• Eligible to live and work in the UK.
• Relevant experience in asbestos surveying or analysis (preferred).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of multidisciplinary teams.
