Pertemps Specialist Division is seeking an experienced BIM/CAD Technician for our Southend-on-Sea office. The role focuses on 3D modelling and 2D CAD production to support coordinated MEP project delivery in a compliance-driven environment.
You will use AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, Revizto and Bluebeam to produce detailed drawings, support clash detection and COBie/asset data management across live and upcoming projects.
