Treasury Manager – Utilities Company (London, Hybrid) We are partnering with a leading utilities organisation to appoint a Treasury Manager into its established and high-performing finance function. This is a key role within the business, offering broad responsibility across core treasury operations alongside meaningful exposure to senior stakeholders and strategic decision-making. The Opportunity You will join a well-regarded utilities company with a strong UK presence and long-term investment focus.
The role sits at the centre of treasury activity, overseeing liquidity, funding, and risk management while supporting ongoing optimisation and transformation initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced treasury professional looking to step into a leadership role within a complex, regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities Oversee and optimise group liquidity, cash positioning, and forecasting Manage funding activities, debt facilities, and covenant compliance Lead FX and interest rate risk management activities Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, advisors, and internal stakeholders Produce high-quality treasury reporting for senior management and the board Ensure strong treasury controls, governance, and regulatory compliance Support treasury projects including process improvements, systems (TMS), and transformation initiatives Provide guidance and oversight to junior treasury team members where applicable About You Proven experience in a treasury role within a large corporate, infrastructure, utilities, or regulated environment Strong technical knowledge of liquidity management, funding, and financial risk Confident stakeholder management skills with the ability to operate at senior level Experience working with a Treasury Management System (TMS);
