Financial Controller

Location: Southend-On-Sea

Role:
Our client is looking for an immediate, temporary, Financial Controller to assist them for 3 months. You will be responsible for the following duties:
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning processes Prepare and automate group financial reporting in line with FRS
10 Drive automation and continuous improvement of finance processes Strengthen internal controls, risk management, and financial governance Oversee the finance function and ensure accurate financial reporting. Lead month-end and year-end close processes. Prepare management accounts, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow reports. Manage financial controls, compliance, and statutory reporting. Provide financial analysis and commercial insight to support decision-making. Manage and develop the finance team.

Drive process improvements and system enhancements. Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and senior stakeholders. System - Sage 200 Profile:
The successful, temporary Financial Controller will either be have a background in Retail or Hospitality and have excellent excel skills. You must be immediate or 1 weeks notice to be considered for this role. Client:

Salary & Benefits:

This temporary Financial Controller role will be paying circa £450-£550 per day via an umbrella company, dependant on experience.
