Location:

Southend, Rochford, Rayleigh, Leigh, Hockley, Shoebury and Westcliff. Contract type:
Care Delivery. Salary: £15.50 per hour weekdays, £16.50 per hour weekends, £19.75 per hour bank holidays. Full driving licence and own car required. No sponsorship offered.

• £15.50 to £19.75 per hour
• Paid mileage between customer homes

• Provide high‑quality care tailored to each person’s needs
• Assist with personal care (e.g. bathing and dressing)
• Support hydration and nutrition
• Safely support medication including prompting and administering
• Carry out light housework such as tidying, laundry and general cleaning
• Be a dependable friendly, familiar face for all customers you care for

• Full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle
• The right to work in the UK
• Kind, compassionate attitude and calm approach to care
• Great communication skills and ability to build positive relationships
• Ability to follow care plans
• Previous care experience beneficial but not required; training provided
