Support Worker, Caregiver

We are looking for a confident Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care. You'll be working 35.25 hours a week at Old Leigh House, supporting men with learning disability and complex needs, including mental and physical health needs and behaviours that may challenge and a history of offending.

Old Leigh House supports men living with a learning disability and complex needs. The service provides a choice of lounges, communal areas and a garden. This home is specially adapted with an accessibility lift to ensure full support for individuals with mobility needs.

• Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care.
• Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support.
• Learn about individuals specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way.
• Assist with medical & welfare needs.
• Report on medical & welfare needs as required.
