Job title: Prescribing Pharmacist
Location: The Practice, Northumberland Avenue
Salary: Up to £60,000 depending on experience
Hours: 37.5 per week

• Take comprehensive patient histories, perform clinical assessments, diagnose, treat, and evaluate care.
• Exercise safe, expert clinical decision‑making, including assessment and diagnosis skills for patients in general practice.
• Collaborate with the general practice team to meet patient needs, support policy delivery, and provide nurse leadership as required.

• Undergraduate degree in pharmacy and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
• Independent prescribing qualification.
• Ability to apply effective clinical judgement in prioritisation and decision‑making.
• Experience in general practice is desirable.

• Annual salary up to £60,000 depending on qualifications and experience.

• Undergraduate degree in pharmacy, registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council, and independent prescribing qualification.
