Consensus is recruiting a Support Worker for Kingston House, Leigh-on-Sea, Essex. You’ll support residents with daily living and personal care, helping them to participate in cooking, decorating and leisure activities while fostering independence and wellbeing.
We value compassionate individuals, with a willingness to learn. Rotational shifts total 37.5 hours per week, with a structured induction and DBS check as part of joining the team.
